Our Mission
At Quality Gear Inc., our mission is to provide the highest quality heavy duty transmission and differential repair possible. We work on anything from Dana/Spicer, Eaton/Fuller and Rockwell.
meet the owners
Quality Gear Inc. is a family-owned business. Russell and Melissa took over the name and business in 2020 and are eager to grow. Russell graduated from WyoTech in 2004 with his diesel degree in mechanics. He met his wife in 2004 after he moved back to Washington. In 2007 Russell decided to become self-employed and started LRH Gears & More and continued with it until 2010 when they decided to purchase a machine shop. The machine shop grew into Columbia Gear Case Rebuilders until 2020 when they purchased Quality Gear Inc. Since 2020, we have had a full-time machinist and two full time builders with a combined 40 plus years of experience. We love what we do, and our quality product is our priority.

Our Team
Bryar is our full-time machinist. Graduated from Perry Technical Institute in 2020 and received a certificate in Precision machining and manufacturing.
Brent is our full-time transmission and differential rebuilder. He has 30+ years of experience in the industry and a trusted rebuilder for all our customers.
Melissa is our full-time differential rebuilder/ secretary. She got bored being in the office and wanted to learn more about the rebuilding process. She has been rebuilding on her own for 3 years and loves it.
